Time For Experience

Time For Experience (TFE) is a free and global upskilling group which has been set up in response to the growing gap between demand and supply around Emerging Technology recruitment.
The group aims to connect start-up companies to individuals interested in:

Digital Technology
Fintech
Prop Tech
IOT (Internet of Things)
Blockchain/cryptocurrency
Start-ups
Upskilling

It works in a similar way to Time For Print (TFP) in the photographic industry
Start-ups are invited to post small, bite-sized projects that a pool of resources can choose to work on in their free time. In return, the community gains commercial experience of an emerging technology.
There are benefits to both parties of such an arrangement. The volunteer can build a portfolio of experience to show to prospective employers without paying for expensive training, while the start-up gets a skilled volunteer for a particular project with little if any outlay of cash.
